Our Injection Molding Process
Tell Us What You Need
Send us your part design, CAD file, or prototype concept. We’ll review and provide a detailed estimate for tooling and production.
Design Review
Our team and tooling partners assess your design for moldability. We’ll suggest refinements that improve consistency, reduce cycle times, and keep costs manageable.
Sample Production
We manufacture the mold and produce T-1 samples for review. Once approved, we finalize the mold with polish, texturing, or other finish work.
Full Production
Your mold is tested and prepped in our Yakima facility. After final inspection, we move into full production and ship directly to Portland.
