How the Process Works

  • Share Your Project Details

Get in touch with your part drawings, specs, or even just a description of what you’re after. We’ll review it and provide an estimate covering tooling and per-unit pricing based on your design and anticipated volume.

  • Design Review & Tooling

After quote approval, we collaborate with our tool builders to go through your design. Any adjustments that could affect manufacturability or cost are addressed before any manufacturing begins.

  • Sample Review

Initial T1 sample parts are made for your evaluation prior to completing the setup process. This allows you to review and approve every aspect of the part—including form, fit, and function—ensuring complete confidence before moving forward.

  • Production & Delivery

Before the full production run, we will send final samples for approval straight off our machine. Production begins upon approval and most orders are ready to ship within a few weeks, straight from Yakima to your location.

What Affects the Cost of Custom Thermoforming?

Pricing on custom thermoformed parts depends on a few key inputs:

  • Tool complexity: The number of cavities and the intricacy of your design affect tooling costs.
  • Material selection: Different plastics come with different cost and performance profiles.
  • Part size and weight: Larger or heavier parts consume more material and machine time.
  • Order quantity: Higher volumes generally bring down the per-unit cost.

Send us your specs and we’ll put together a clear, detailed estimate.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Our Approach to Sustainability

We know sustainability is a priority for many Seattle-area businesses, and it’s something we take seriously on our end as well:

  • We prioritize RPET, HDPE, and other plastics with recyclable properties
  • We recycle plastics in-house and source recycled materials whenever available
  • We design parts with reusability and reduced waste in mind
  • All manufacturing happens in Washington, keeping freight emissions lower than sourcing from out-of-state or overseas suppliers
